Address Stamps

A self-inking device features an internal replaceable ink pad that automatically re-inks the rubber die after every single stamp use. This setup is perfect for quick, repetitive marking on standard envelopes. Pre-inked models contain a built-in oil-based ink reservoir directly behind the design plate, which provides an incredibly sharp, crisp layout that resembles professional retail printing.

Yes! Every single model arrives fully loaded with ink so you can immediately begin stamping your outgoing envelopes.

Standard water-based ink options work beautifully on porous paper surfaces like standard letter envelopes and rustic cardstock. If you frequently ship items using slick plastic poly mailers or heavily coated glossy paper, a classic non-porous ink or specialized manual stamp pad setup ensures the layout dries quickly without smudging during transit.

Yes! You can easily restore your device to peak performance by using specialized refill ink or replacing the internal pad entirely. Keeping a small bottle of premium refill ink on hand ensures you can complete massive holiday card mailings without experiencing a drop in image clarity. Taking just a minute to refresh the reservoir restores that rich color pop instantly, keeping your return layout consistently sharp across hundreds of envelopes.

Choosing the perfect size depends on the length of your family name and address, as well as how much space you prefer your return marking to occupy on the envelope. A medium layout offers a compact, classic look that fits the upper left corner of standard letters seamlessly, while extra large templates work beautifully on oversized holiday packages.
