Returns on damaged shipments require immediate notification of the carrier. If you received a package that appears to be damaged in any way, ask the delivery driver to note the shipment as damaged. Upon inspection, if the goods are truly damaged we can then file a claim on your behalf.
Custom items cannot be returned for credit unless we made an error in production. This includes any engraved, molded or custom printed items.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days with a prior RA number (Return Authorization). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
