Standard shipping on orders up to $49.99: $7.99

Standard shipping on orders of $50.00 or more: FREE!
Rates for other shipping services are calculated based on shipping location at checkout. The "business day" description indicates transit time after shipping and excludes processing or production time.
We will ship your order within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS® Ground depending on number of items ordered. All other options will be shipped as requested. UPS 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® shipments will be shipped for weekday delivery (Monday-Friday). If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Transit and delivery timing is up to the shipping carrier. We do not have control over packages once they leave our facility. On time delivery is not guaranteed for all shipping methods. We will not issue a refund/replacement if your package is late, delayed, or not delivered. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Packages that are returned to us will not be automatically replaced/refunded. You will be required to repay the shipping fee to get the package reshipped to you.
Damaged and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are payable upon delivery to the government or the delivery carrier. We are not liable for those costs and cannot estimate what they may be before shipping to you. If you have questions, we suggest contacting the customs office in your country.

Items purchased as pre-orders are not subject to our standard processing times, as these products are fulfilled according to their estimated ship date. The expected ship date for each pre-order item is listed on its product page and/or your order confirmation. Please refer to your order details for the most accurate timeline.
While we make every effort to meet the stated ship date, occasional delays may occur due to production or supplier timelines. If your pre-order has not shipped by the expected date and you have not received an update, please reach out to us at boutique@rubber-stamp.com so we can provide the latest status. Pre-orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
