I was so impressed with the service I received, including the customization of the embosser itself (changing "Coffee" to "Tea"). Since I ordered late, I expected that I might not receive the embossers before Christmas, but they were in my mailbox in less than a week! And they were certainly a hit with the godchildren! My goddaughter said she'd been wanting an embosser for some time (who knew?!?), and they both brought out their books and started using the embossers that very day.
