How big should my logo stamp be?

Is this stamp self-inking?

No. It is a traditional wooden hand stamp that you press onto a separate ink pad. That gives you the freedom to change ink colors whenever you like and to re-ink as often as you need, which many business owners prefer for heavy use.

What kind of logo works best?

A clean, high-resolution design in bold lines stamps the sharpest. Very fine or layered artwork can lose a little detail when pressed, so simpler logos tend to give the crispest mark.

We will create your stamp proportional with the size you choose and your logo orientation. Please note, if you plan to use the stamp on paper bags, we recommend a 2" stamp or smaller. Anything larger will not work well on paper bags.

We recommend a minimum image resolution of 300 dpi for best quality. Artwork should be sent in black and white coloration and file format of PDF, SVG, or EPS for best results. Layered/overlapping artwork will not create a good stamp. If you have questions about your logo, please email boutique@rubber-stamp.com before purchasing. Please note, artwork does not always come through when you order. We may email you after purchase requesting artwork to make your stamp.
